Casa Fe

Casa Fe is a four-bedroom luxury villa for long-term rent in Uvita, on Costa Rica's South Pacific coast. It is let by the month, for stays of one month or longer, to people who want to live here for a season rather than pass through.

The house is new and sits in rainforest in the hills above Uvita, on an easily reached road. Uvita's beaches, its restaurants and shops, and the entrance to Marino Ballena National Park are ten to twelve minutes away by car.

It is built around a private infinity pool. The living room, the kitchen and the upstairs bedrooms open onto one covered terrace, with the pool in the middle and the mountains beyond the trees.

Inside, the ceilings are high and the rooms are bright. The fully equipped kitchen runs straight into a long dining table and a large sofa. For a longer stay the things that matter are here too: air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a barbecue on the terrace and covered parking.

The villa sleeps eight in four bedrooms, with four bathrooms: two king beds, one queen and one double. The main bedroom opens onto the pool and has a freestanding bath looking into the forest. One bedroom is on the lower level with its own door to the outside.

The monthly rent is $9,040, which is $8,000 plus the 13% IVA. No pets and no smoking. Choose your dates on the calendar and ask for them.
