How working with WildRoots looks
1. Conversation. A short call or WhatsApp exchange about your home, your goals and how you use the property yourself.
2. Walkthrough and evaluation. We visit the home, review its condition, systems and setup, and tell you plainly what it needs before it goes live.
3. Setup and listing. Inventory, house manual, cleaning and maintenance routines, professional listing and pricing strategy.
4. Live operations. Guest communication, check ins, inspections, vendor coordination and a clear monthly owner statement. Guest messages are answered around the clock, in English and Spanish, usually within minutes, and every job goes to a vetted local vendor.
How we charge
Three clear components, disclosed up front. A one-time setup fee before launch covers your listing, interior and exterior signage, professional photography and a custom guest book.
A flat monthly management fee covers 24/7 guest communication, calendar and pricing, property oversight and owner reporting. A booking commission on the revenue generated keeps us invested in every reservation.
Work outside normal operations, such as capital repairs, purchases and project labor, is quoted and itemized separately before it begins.
