The master bedroom features air conditioning, a private en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable king-size bed. A work area for remote work and a fast, reliable internet. There are two additional bedrooms, one with AC, and a larger main bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a large couch. Ceiling fans in every room keep the house cool even on hot days. The front porch is magical and surrounded by plants, trees and birds, with the sound of the river in the distance. Laundry room with washer and dryer as well.

There is a lovely gravel walk shared with our neighbors down to a table by the river for enjoying the beautiful wildlife and cool water of the Rio Uvita
