Uvita Garden Villa is a four-bedroom vacation rental with a private pool, within walking distance of central Uvita on Costa Rica's South Pacific coast. It sleeps eight, with three bathrooms.
The house is open-plan and modern, with natural wooden pillars and a garden around it. From the pool you look at the mountains, with birds overhead.
A separate private cabina comes with the house: a queen bed, its own fully equipped kitchen and its own bathroom. It is never rented to anyone else, so the whole property is yours.
You can walk to the grocery store, the bank, the pharmacy and several restaurants and cafés. A short drive away are the Cascada Verde waterfall, the surf beaches of Playa Chamán and Playa Hermosa, and Marino Ballena National Park with its Whale's Tail.
The property has its own entrance and room to park inside a gate that locks. Inside there is air conditioning, wifi and a full kitchen, and the team is a call away for tours or anything the house needs.
